Guarantee

All our replacement controls are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against failure due to manufacturing faults. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by the purchaser or a third party or any damage caused by the leakage of chemicals from batteries installed in the handset. Should the replacement not function correctly with the intended product or have a manufacturing fault, a new replacement or full refund will be offered to the customer upon receipt of the faulty handset.

Should a handset be returned for credit within 28 days of purchase either through failure to operate due to a fault in the equipment (i.e. TV) or if the handset is not required, a handling charge of £10 will be applied.

Cancellation

As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to a "cooling off period". You are entitled to cancel your order seven working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason other than Customer damage to the item. The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 7 working days of cancellation. We will request the return of the goods within a reasonable timescale agreed with each customer (Please see Guarantee terms for full details). To cancel an order or return a product for refund contact customer services.
